When you seek to execute a Virtual Currency transfer, to commence such transfer on our platform, you will need to initiate the transfer through your Wallet's interface or a web plug-in that interacts with our services. This process may necessitate the use of your private key or an alternative authentication method for Wallet access. It is important to acknowledge that we are legally entitled to rely upon the initiation of the transfer and are under no obligation to scrutinize or investigate its validity or accuracy. Please be aware that we cannot be held accountable if another party gains access to your devices and authorizes a transaction after receiving a valid Transfer Initiation.

Regardless of your chosen method of authentication or Wallet access, it is important to understand that we will never have access to the Virtual Currency within your Wallet, nor will we store your private key or any analogous means of accessing your Wallet. Furthermore, we will never request such sensitive information. It is essential to note that we are unable to initiate a Virtual Currency transfer on your behalf.

We wish to clarify that we do not assume a fiduciary relationship or any associated obligations concerning decisions or actions made while utilizing your Wallet or our services. We bear no responsibility for any activities in which you engage while utilizing your Wallet.
